This one seems like a Microsoft Error: An unexpected system error was
detected. (Error code is 20). But, it is a Cold Fusion 4.5 Error. I am
writing a looping export script that will take data form MS SQL and insert
it in to Oracle via a stored Proc. Yes, I know there are easer way to do
this but this is the first step to writing "live" records into Oracle. I
keep getting the Error 20. I have plenty of RAM and it seems to have enough
system resources. I can insert about 6 records (6 loops) and I get the
Error 20. Now I can't even insert one.
Can you have too many <CFSET> on a page? I have 107 <CFSET> just to get the
data in the correct format for the insert.

ColdFusion is low on memory and/or system resources.
