The native port developed as an Open Source project is in
'compile yourself but don't run a business on it' stage.

The native port by PeerDirect is open source and fully
functional, but at version 7.2.1:
ftp://momjian.postgresql.org/pub/postgresql/win32/PeerDirect/

And to support the argument that a BSD license does not require
you to open-source applications an additional list of
commercially available closed source PostgreSQL ports to Windows:

SRA Powergres: http://osb.sra.co.jp/PowerGres/introduction-en.php
NuSphere UltraSQL: http://www.nusphere.com/products/index.htm
dbExperts: http://www.dbexperts.net/
CommandPrompt: http://www.commandprompt.com/
