I think the best thing to do here is create a new table making sure that
your PK is set up and then write a script to copy over the data into the new
table making sure that you catch and ignore any duplicate errors when you
try to insert a duplicate record.
Once you have cleaned up your data, drop the original table and rename the
new table to take the originals place.
