CF Email Function

Help! I have a web page using CFMAIL scheduled to run every two hours so I know if the system is working or not. At Midnight last night the thing started sending the test email message every minute then stopped at 2:32. Now - none of my email handling application work. The Mail Error Log says they are timing out and CF is dumping them into the undeliverable directory. Any ideas on fixing this and any ideas on how to resend the undeliverables?
