Will these work with W2k3?  It only lists IIS 4&5.  Even if there is
just some documentation for how to create and manage stuff through batch
files, I can write those myself, I just need to know where to start.
Interacting with DLLs through CFEXECUTE is fine too, I just need some
syntax and documentation.

It will work in most cases but unless you have the power of foresight it
wont be able to create them for domains which DONT exist..

I too have used the IIS.DLL to create virtual dirs for sites (it can
also create sites etc...)

Also one I haven't been able to find is a way to "Add" a NEW Host header

my search come up with how to create a new site I just want to add a new
Hostheader to an existing site.

Yes, this is possible. It wouldn't necessarily be a redirect, unless you
want it to be. I've written scripts to create a virtual directory for
all
existing IIS virtual servers. I'm not sure how to create a virtual
directory
that will be added to servers that haven't been defined, but I know it
can
be done - there's some sort of "template" in the IIS metabase for this.
