CFDynamics has a plan for 19.95 a month (less if you pay for 6 or 12 month in advance). You get SQL server and can have multiple websites if you are willing to use host headers to sort them out. If you want different domain names to point to different roots, it is 19.95 per month for each domain. If your willing to have all domain names point to the same root and sort them out with headers from there, its 19.95 a month for all domains plus a one time setup fee of $10 for each additional name.

What is meant by "One unique webroot per account"?
This means that when you have a second domain pointing to a different physical location (even if it is a subdirectory of an existing account) it is not the EXACT SAME web root and would be considered an additional account and would be billed as such.
If however, you had many domain names pointing to the same physical location it would be considered part of the SAME account and would only incur a set up fee, not any additional monthly fees.
You can have multiple domains point to the same location and programmatically make them point to different content by using host headers.
Again, there would be a small setup fee ($10), but there would be no monthly fee - and it would 'appear' that you have multiple accounts.
