The type "monitor" is deprecated in cf6.0+
The type "exception" (full use of cf tags) was introduced in cf4.5.0
The types "validation" and "request" exist since cf4.0.1
I can't tell about earlier versions as I didn't use them and cfmlhistory
only goes back to cf4.0.1
