I'm running both, and I haven't seen the computer in about 3 months.
The box is also running SQL 7, inFusion mail server, IIS and has 196 megs of
memory - the server is stilll rockin, excellent performance.
On another system, we put CF on it's own dedicated win2k server box, and
performance went way up - sql 7 works about twice as fast now too (cf and
sql should always be separated anyways).
memory utilization on both systems is awesome.. The memory went up about 5
megs since the last time I checked a few months ago :)
