I believe the servers are windows.  Will this still work?  Is there a
server for windows to support SCP?

SCP is probably your best bet.

I'm assuming that the two servers are both *nix servers, and you've got
a Windows desktop.  Check out WinSCP or FileZilla, both of which can
handle SCP transfers with a clean GUI interface.
