How would I do that as a link, specifically like:
Click [here] to download file.
I don't think I can do it directly from the link, which is what the
client wants.... - I'll have to open another page with the
<cfcontent...> tag on it, right?

They want it to work directly from the "Photo Download" link without
opening another page...
