I'd say do them one at a time and test. One of the hotfixes (I can't
remember which one) broke all of my cfcs until I removed it.

Aside from the "if it ain't broke, don't fix it" argument I don't think
there's anything wrong with installing them all.
Personally I install any security related fixes then address other issues as
they arise.
