Eclipse/He3 currently has no built-in way to launch the current file being
edited in an external browser.

Eclipse/He3 currently doesn't offer any functionality associated with
datasources configured in with CF. This functionality is achieved in
HomeSite and DreamWeaver using RDS, which is a propriety protocol controlled
by Macromedia. If you'd like to see support for RDS in the future then I
would suggest lobbying Macromedia to open it up.

If you are just looking to interact with various databases, there are a good
number of Eclipse plugins that allow just that. You can find a list at
http://eclipse-plugins.2y.net/eclipse/plugins.jsp?category=Database.
