Yup.
To be clearer (heck - I always make more sense on the second pass!) -
Outlook's reputation was gained on the insecure previous releases. Had MS
shipped Outlook 2000 as they shipped 2003 then we might not have heard
nearly as many negative comments.
2003, out of the box, seems to be a very stable, secure release in my
experience.
