Sorry about that.  Ideally we'd know the protocol and port the Admin and RDS is at, but failing that, we should at least put a timeout around this RDS existance check call in the future so you don't have this long timeout.  

There's only one bug fix (change) to the navserver.cfm file for CFMX 6.1 Updater VS CFMX 6.1, having to do with incorrectly hiding the CFX pages on SunONE, so you should be able to safely re-apply the template listed on the website.
