Yes, you can.

If you install CFMX Enterprise in its "standalone" configuration, or if you
install it atop JRun, you have everything you need. If you use the CFMX
installer to create an EAR or WAR file, you'd need to deploy that on a J2EE
server.
You don't need to download and install any SDKs to deploy J2EE applications
onto CFMX/JRun.
