String Function in Update Form

I have a record where the Title field is:


Marysville "Monarchs" vs. Worthington "Cardinals"


This string is passed to the database with no problem using my input form.


The problem arises when I try to populate an update form with this same
string.


Here's the code for the update form:


<cfinput type="Text" name="Title" required="No" size="65" value="#Title#">


Here's what this code outputs:


Title: Marysville


Obviously I need to add some sort of a string function to accommodate the
quotes in the title data.


Any recommendations?
