Interesting my version is 4.0.3.17807 but this could be different because we are using a full Jrun installation. Since I we do not have the standalone cfmx I am not sure what to tell you to do. Check your doc for recreating the connectors. As for a clean install, install CFMX (from your cd or wherever you got it) onto another machine and the apply the patch to it.
