If you are existing in "Theory Land", yes, there is.

If you are existing in what we call "the actual world",
no. In that case, there is only the option to select
which condition you want to optimize for.

Here are things you might optimize for:

development cost
unit cost
quality
development time
environmental impact
amount of personal conflict
and so on.

So, pick your condition, and optimize away....
