Error resolving parameter FORM.CATEGORIES
The specified form field cannot be found. This problem is very likely due to
the fact that you have misspelled the form field name.
It's supposed to check if it's been defined, and then if it has output it,
and if it hasn't, output nothing.
IT'S NOT WORKING!
Anyone any idea why?
