You're correct. While you're doing the install, you might want to upgrade
your JVM to to J2SDK 1.4.2_06 (you need the SDK, not just the JRE, because
the SDK comes with the server JVM.DLL), which may tell you it needs a system
restart but really doesn't.

Before you do the install, you might want to delete your compiled classes,
as the updater will back these up if they exist and this can take a long
time if you have, say, 250,000 of them. (Of course, if you have that many,
you might as well disable the "save class file" option since directory
lookups will take forever.)
