When somebody logs in they are given a client.authorID which could be 25, 26 or
any integer other than 0. By default in my Application.cfm i have a <cfparam
client.authorID = 0> and that's a guest user who doesn't have any login rights.

My UK time is also set in my Application.cfm and i call it UKTodayDate (which
is the US time where my server sits + 5).
