Not in my browser :-)

It is a control issue. I can set browser.block.target_new_window
to true in *my* browser and _blank will not open a new window
anymore. There is nothing a web developer can do about that, just
as a web developer can define all the onunload events he wants,
but they won't run in my browser.

My browser, my rules.

Have them set browser.block.target_new_window or send them a memo
to use the middle mouse button :-)
