Not in my browser :-) > If the answer to the question is no just say so but don't try to turn it > into a control issue when it isn't. It is a control issue. I can set browser.block.target_new_window to true in *my* browser and _blank will not open a new window anymore. There is nothing a web developer can do about that, just as a web developer can define all the onunload events he wants, but they won't run in my browser. My browser, my rules. > I am just trying to make it easier for > the users of our intranet and reduce the number of clicks they perform from > certain reports where new tabs are ALWAYS used. Have them set browser.block.target_new_window or send them a memo to use the middle mouse button :-) Jochem ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~| Protect your mail server with built in anti-virus protection.
