ANSWER: NO

There is no special HTML or JS just for Firefox.  If you provide "_blank" it 
will open in a new window in the default configuration of Firefox, IIRC.  I 
have long since customized mine.  So realize that you can only provide a 
suggestion, not absolutely control how your new window is going to behave.
