Hi Bobby. FDF is pretty simple.
It is basically a text file. So in essence, you can draw the form fields onto your PDF, save it, it will then create an FDF. You can use that FDF as a template and then regenerate a new fdf with CF each time you need to display new PDF's KP -----Original Message----- From: Bobby Heath [mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED] Sent: Thursday, January 13, 2005 9:54 AM To: CF-Talk Subject: FDF Tutorials Does anybody have anything on FDF? I am trying to send predefined pdf files to clients filled with their info. These pdf's have to be exactly the same as the originals. There can be no difference at all. I have been told that there is a fdf file that has to be defined to allow this. I am not sure how though. Any tutorials would be greatly appreciated. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~| Discover CFTicket - The leading ColdFusion Help Desk and Trouble Ticket application http://www.houseoffusion.com/banners/view.cfm?bannerid=48 Message: http://www.houseoffusion.com/lists.cfm/link=i:4:190218 Archives: http://www.houseoffusion.com/cf_lists/threads.cfm/4 Subscription: http://www.houseoffusion.com/lists.cfm/link=s:4 Unsubscribe: http://www.houseoffusion.com/cf_lists/unsubscribe.cfm?user=89.70.4 Donations & Support: http://www.houseoffusion.com/tiny.cfm/54
