Common misconception, although unless there's a new process I haven't heard about, unlike Tim Berners-Lee, the Queen hasn't seen fit to have me knighted yet. :) As to pants I generally wear black denims and being only 5'3" with a 36" waist generally settle for pants that are an inch or two too long and walk on the heels so that I invariably end up with shredded ends... I'm told this makes me in style now. :P Not sure if that qualifies them as being fancy. One of my predecessors, George Bannerman Dealey came to the US at age 16 or so and worked as a clerk for many years. He bought the Dallas Morning News ~age 60 and immediately started witing editorials defaming the KKK. All the money from that endeavor was squandered away by the generation before me. I myself was born and raised in Dallas and my accent is what I would describe as "modern American what?". Nope, no british accent, but I can fake it if you hum a few bars. :) Although I do like some of the jokes that come out of official forum "pants" threads...
