The utf-7 charset isn't supported by Sun and its JVM as it is regarded as a obsolete charset. It's been an outstanding 'issue' with the JVM for years... This isn't a CFMX problem, it's a Java problem. CFX_POP3 (if you run on windows) and possibly other CFPOP replacements for other platforms do support UTF-7 regardless of the CF version you run :) I think that just about covers it....
