Unless I'm think about this wrong, there's no way a style sheet can parse
out certain words and apply a style to them. Once the html itself includes
spans with classes applied for cf tags, cf functions, cf vars, etc, *then* a
stylesheet could be used to control what those look like.

I'd be interested to know if there's another way.
