Hi Ben, We have been complaining about this for years - even to people quite high up the chains. General feedback has been destructive and not good for our own business - some at MM "punish" you if you ask those kind of questions as it cuts into their revenue goals. But as I can see that we are not alone here and a more open approach to this topic is needed.
