How do you define commercial software?

Of course I want that. The difference is I don't think getting 
new features for free is a reasonable expectation for commercial 
software*. Getting state of the art bugfixes and security updates 
is a reasonable expectation, and Microsoft is not delivering (or 
is Win2K not suported anymore?).
