Subject: Getting SQL Data

I have an SQL database that is on a shared server at an
ISP. I would like to keep a daily or weekly copy of the
data locally. When I use the VPN to connect and use SQL
Enterprise manager, using DTS to transfer data always
fails in one way or another. It usually leaves several
tables empty with an unknown error code. Getting routine
backup files from the ISP would be costly. Is there a way
I could use CF or another tool to transfer my data locally
without a lot of effort? Some files have over 100,000
records in them.
