While it's been a while since I've installed CraftySyntax Live Help System, I'm pretty sure it just consisted of copying the php files to a web directory and modifying one of them with your own settings.
He's got pretty good documentation with it there too. Or... you could spend the $100 and get a commercially supported product. It just depends on what you feel like doing. I haven't seen any live help systems in CFML though. HTH!
