General public. Free unfettered access to view gallery. view galleries. Submitter . unrestricted ability to submit images and text. How many images per piece of text? Can the submitter create a new gallery, or just upload into existing gallery? Is there a size/volume restriction? Does the submitter need to be registered/logged in?
