ALL of them? servername-out doesn't for us.
I have log file rotation set in the jrun.xml file
<attribute
name="filename">{jrun.rootdir}/logs/{jrun.server.name}-{log.level}.log</attribute>
<attribute name="rotationSize">100k</attribute>
<attribute name="rotationFiles">10</attribute>
and all these logs set too
<attribute name="errorEnabled">true</attribute>
<attribute name="warningEnabled">true</attribute>
<attribute name="infoEnabled">true</attribute>
<attribute name="debugEnabled">true</attribute>
and servername-out.log does NOT rotate, nor does servername-err.log.
