It does get heated but thats also where a lot of the good info comes out that otherwise wouldnt.
As far as employers and such, well I can see both sides of the argument but I would want someone on my team that is a free thinker and not afraid to speak his/her mind, it doesn't mean I have to always agree with them. After all most businesses that do well are ones with at least a lil bit of friction in them, it also pulls out more ideas, solutions. If you think the friction here is bad, try working in an ER with ppl who haven't slept in 3 days, this is nothing............. ---------------------------------------- From: "Michael T.
