Just be glad you can transfer the license at all. With most software, you purchase a license for one platform. If you change platforms, you have to buy a whole new license. For $300.00+ software, a $25.00 transfer fee and a few hoops are reasonable, IMHO. Try moving a Photoshop license from Mac to PC and see what happens.
