thats like with HMS, if I have a problem I call anytime of day or night and it's fixed before I get off the phone, simple as that:) They also send out lots of notifications about what they are doing but I don't think they fill their servers up with as much stuff so it's not having to be updated as much.

I can't agree more. The level of communication I get from CrystalTech is one of the main reasons I stay with them. I want to know that my site will be down for 15 minutes at 3:00am and why. Other hosts don't go down for maintenance less often, they just tell you about it less often.
