I saw on a blog not too long ago that someone was working on a XSL file to integrate qForms which maybe could lead to an interesting approach to doing n-selects. If you are using the flash forms feature there are a few examples floating around on the net on how to do "two selects related" boxes, I believe one of those can be found on www.cfform.com
