Just as I saw your post I was checking out his blog....

He mentions that there are some issues with JRE 1.5 ... So that does
seem to answer my question.

But, I'm wondering if I should purchase a 64 bit system and run the
1.4 JRE until the issues are worked out with 1.5 and then upgrade to
it... As it all seemed to work.

That stills prompts to wonder what that would be like in production....
