Yep, tried the extra & as well :-( I've got about 4 of my fellow
developers stumped on the problem here too.

You may want to try adding an extra ampersand to separate them then,
e.g.: http://www.mysite.com/index.cfm?foo=bar&#linky

According to the RFCs the first example above should work.
