Hi! I have the task of moving 20+ websites from CF5 to CFMX 7. All the sites use ISO-5589-1 as encoding (files + database). On the new server I setup the defaultCharset to ISO-8859-1, but the special characters (for example German umlauts) don't show up correctly. Putting <cfprocessingdirective pageencoding="iso-8859-1"> in each and every file will give me enough work for a week so I want to avoid it as much as possible.
