Can you narrow it down to only happening when a DB is used?  Does it never
happen with just standard CFML?  Can you try other drivers?  Are you running
the DB on the same box, since this is a Dev environment?  Maybe already
asked, but perhaps CFMX7 is using more resources and now you are running

What are you JVM settings? (Did you tune your 6.1 settings but not
your 7 settings, perhaps?)
