Yeah that's what I had to do to resolve it but blows my mind
As to why it was such as issue.

Just means I have to make changes throughout the application.

Coming in late here: sorry if I missed something - could you perhaps
remove the outer (padding) div, then specify margins on the table
instead? Doesn't explain anything, but might be worth a try?

Could it be that the Content window is 80% of the full browsing window
Then adding the DIV tag to pad the sides before using a TABLE with the
Width attribute of 100% to use all remaining space.

However I thought the 100% of the inner table for only be 100% of the
Given table data cell (TD - 80%)

So in theory it would have been 100% of the 80% window width.

Am I off track in that thought?

Randy,

The code works on my PC, both in FireFox and IE.  I'm using a resolution
of 1152 x 864.  Maybe this doesn't work only if it is included within
your actual webpage, right?  You might want to inspect your extra
closing </div> tag. :)
