Our company is making a big push for Open source tools, they are mature enough now, so mostly its cost savings. I don't have the specifics infront of me but i think the cost savings per developer were somewhere in the upper thousands. I perfer the move anything is better than the tools for clearcase in eclipse. Now if we could just move away from RUP we'll be in shape ;)
