Well, I would say no - it probably isn't illegal per say - I mean he isn't
selling them AS genuine CF shirts (which is what you would be doing if you
sold Nike ones).

If he was using the real logo it may be different.

i mean, if i printed some shirts and sold them as nike shirts with a
nike logo on them, i'd be in the slammer in no time.
