Same here. I also checked for orphaned shortcuts, had none. The title field in my viewer is greyed out, so I couldn't turn that on if I wanted. So I rebooted and it seems ok now. Like I said, I've had this before and it cleared up mysteriously, so it seems to be gone for now, but man is it annoying when it happens.
