Can anyone recommend a knowledge base package for use by a company to respond to both internal and external queries? Initially it will be for internal use only (e.g. phone reps), but the eventual plan is to integrate it with the web site.
CF-based is preferred, but not necessary. We've looked at PensaFAQ, InstantKB and KB.net, but would like to evaluate a couple others before making a decision.
