Hey there...

You can use the CFDOCUMENT "filename" attribute to save the doc to a file, for 
delivery later however you wish (via web server, email attachment, etc).

The user can also use the Acrobat Reader browser to save a copy (assuming you 
allow them to) locally on their system.

IE: 

<cfdocument name="mydocument" filename="foobar.pdf" format="PDF" 
pagetype="letter" orientation="portrait" unit="in" encryption="none" 
fontembed="No" backgroundvisible="Yes" overwrite="Yes"></cfdocument>
