Seems like the new stable release (1.2) doesn't show up as an upgrade to the 
bleeding-edge release (1.1.19), since "bleeding-edge" and "stable" are 
listed as different plugins.

need to "add new features" using the CFEclipse upgrade site, not just 
upgrade current. (maybe disable current, first?)
