Another option would be to do it in Java using the bouncy castle api for OpenPGP. See http://www.bouncycastle.org/ for info, and there's a couple of pretty good articles at http://www.linuxgazette.com/node/359 and http://cephas.net/blog/2004/04/01/pgp_encryption_using_bouncy_castle.html
