You should be able to do the following IF either CFID or CFToken is defined, 
but not both:

<cfheader statuscode="302" statustext="Object Temporarily Moved">
<cfheader name="location" value="http://www.myexampleapp.com";>
<cfabort>

This should redirect your user back to your home page while allowing the 
invalid cookie to expire.

The CFLOCATION tag as you probably already know does not allow for a redirect 
and expiring/setting a cookie.
